There is a particular person we had in mind when we built our studio.

It is the superintendent who can see the vision clearly but has not yet been able to get everyone else to see it with her. Or the principal who has led through something hard this year and has no one around him who can ask the right questions without an agenda. Or the cabinet team that is competent and aligned on paper but has never found a way to work together productively.

We work with people who share the experience of doing deeply meaningful, genuinely difficult work without quite enough support. Harris Studio for School Leadership exists to change that.
