Of making a hundred decisions before nine in the morning, holding your team's fears alongside your own, and wondering, in the quieter moments, whether the system you are working so hard to lead is actually moving in the right direction.

Harris Studio for School Leadership exists at the intersection of strategy and soul. We are Elizabeth and Matthew Harris. Between us, we have taught, coached, led schools, run districts, designed learning systems, and sat with hundreds of leaders through challenging moments. We built Harris Studio because we believed something was missing; educators don’t always need another workshop series or off-the-shelf framework, we need a place to come together and grow through practice. A place where leadership is treated as the craft it actually is.
